As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the inviting ambience, which sets the perfect stage for a memorable dining experience. The lighting is intimate, creating a warm atmosphere perfect for savoring the exceptional food on offer. The friendly staff enhances this experience with attentive service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.
Among the highlights of the menu, the veg filled naan stood out as a heavenly delight, praised by a satisfied customer who noted its deliciousness. This dish is not just a side; it’s a perfect companion to the array of flavorful entrees. Speaking of which, the Chicken Madras and Masly Trout in coconut sauce were noted for their robustness and intricate flavors, making them standout choices for any diner.
Many patrons, including one who wrote of their experience under the moniker ‘S K’, rave about the restaurant’s impressive array of vegan options, proving that indulgence can be enjoyed regardless of dietary restrictions. Another diner, ‘Shwetha Ganesan’, echoed similar sentiments, stating that dining here felt like a nostalgic return to authentic home-cooked flavors, a sentiment that resonates deeply with anyone who cherishes Indian culinary traditions.
I was particularly taken with the garlic bread, which another diner described as “awesome.” It is the little things, like this addition, that elevate the dining experience at Taj-Mahal. Moreover, Abhi S's remark about the extra pakora provided by the attentive staff showcases not just great food but also exemplary service. It’s these small touches that customers remember long after the meal is over.

“ Vegan options were absolutely delicious! The veg filled naan was heavenly. ”
“ As an Indian when you are out and try many cuisines, you would definitely want to come back to your home food and that’s exactly how it felt. The ambience was nice and food was delicious. Would 100% recommend people to try even if it’s the first time for you to try Indian cuisine. ”
“ Ohhhhh my God, the best, superb, awesome indian food i have had for a long time. Woooow, super delicious food. We had 3 dinners plates, the chicken Madras, Chicken Taj Mahal, and fish (Masly trout) in coconut sauce, Pilaf rice, and basmatti rice. The rice is not part of the entrea plate. You have to pay 3.50 Euro for rice. They all tasted delicious and can not beat the price and quality of food. Please see the dinner photos. Service was excellent, as soon as we finished eating, the servers picked our plates. Also, the garlic bread was awedome. Thank you Taj Mahal management for an awesome service and super good food. Please see photos of the delicious food. ”
“ I came with my 4 german friends, they really liked it. The server also gave us one extra pakora because we ordered 2 set of 2, but we were 5. Very nice of him. This restaurant not authentic but rather is fusion indian and in a good way. Interesting takes on indian flavors. I recommend ”

“ Delicious food at decent prices. Cozy inside and they also have outside seating when the weather is nice. My picky daughter loved the Tikka Masala. I was told to try the onion bhaji and it was delicious too! Korma is my favorite and this place was superb. Our waiter was very nice and since my french is terrible he spoke English and offered an English menu. Highly recommend! ”

“ The service was exceptional - very helpful, attentive and kind with children. Waiter filled up our glasses every time they were empty and waited on table diligently. Food is tasty and filling - particularly enjoyed the lamb. So nice we ate here twice during our 3 day trip to versailles. Also very reasonable prices for the area, would highly recommend ”
